Mr. Yan Zhonghai has worked for more than ten years in the automotive leasing industry. He is the founder of 5G-C-Power Cloud and the Enterprise Incubation Park in Shanghai, Chairman of the Caijing Huizhi Club of the University of Hong Kong, executive VP of Yangzhou Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai, member of Shanghai Entrepreneurs Association, member of the Alibaba Way Entrepreneur Club, executive VP of the Internet Finance Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, member of the Used Car Financing Committee of China Auto Dealers Chamber of Commerce and has won the Business Model Innovation Figure Award of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Yan holds a Master of Financial Economic Management from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Zhonghai is a member of the board of directors of EurAsia Fintech AB and the Chairman of EurAsia’s Chinese operations.

Mr. Erik Nerpin is a lawyer and a member of the Swedish Bar association. Mr. Nerpin is a highly respected legal professional, well-known in Stockholm and Sweden, and has assisted more than twenty companies in listing on the Nasdaq First North in Stockholm.

Mr. Nerpin is an independent Director and the Vice Chairman of the board of EurAsia Fintech AB.

Ms. Fengying Zhong is CEO of EurAsia Fintech and sits on the Board of Directors. Ms. Zhong has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, capital formation, and in assisting Chinese companies in listing both in The United States and Europe. Ms. Zhong is a Chinese citizen, has a Swedish residence permit, and lives in Sweden.She is a graduate of Shanghai Engineering Technology University.

Mr. Zhou, born 1983, served as the senior financial manager of Jiangsu Chezhibao Information Technology Co., Ltd., CFO for Jiangsu Xinqiao Financial Information Service Co., Ltd., audit manager of Xuzhou Suxin Certified Public Accountants, and the CFO of Yangzhou Yongshun Clothing Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhou’s strategic vision and problem-solving abilities have proven to be successful in building and managing all facets related to corporate finance, building and managing group financial systems, financial modeling, internal control procedures, tax planning, financial analysis of investment projects, budget, and general financial management. Mr. Zhou holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Financial Management Department of China University of Mining and Technology. Mr. Zhou is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds other professional certificates. Mr. Zhou is the CFO of EurAsia’s Chinese operations.

Mr. Zhao Anye, born 1983, has more than fifteen years of experience in multiple technology companies, where he has held various leading positions, such as the director of research and development (R&D) with ASUS Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with Shanghai Zaonuo Network Technology Co., Ltd., and technical director of Mr. Zhi Digital Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. During his career, Mr. Zhao has developed and implemented multiple technology applications and managed multiple teams related to operating systems, application software, artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things, shared economy and financial technology. Mr. Zhao has a Bachelor of Computer Science from China University of Mining and Technology, P.R. China, and a Master of Computer Science from Zhejiang University, P.R. China. Mr. Zhao is the Chief Technology Officer of EurAsia Fintech AB and the company’s Chinese operations.
